HOW COUNSELING CAN HELP…

Safe, Compassionate Listening:

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. I provide a space where you can express your thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of being judged or misunderstood.

Honoring Your Pain:

Grief often involves deep emotional and physical pain. I help you acknowledge and sit with that pain, rather than trying to avoid or suppress it. It’s okay to hurt.

Respecting Your Timeline:

Grief is not something that can be fixed or put on a timetable. I honor your process, allowing you the time and space you need to heal at your own pace.

Helping You Find Meaning:

Together, we’ll explore how you can find meaning and purpose in your grief. This doesn’t mean “getting over it,” but rather finding ways to continue living while carrying the memory of your loved one.
