.I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will look at how your relationships, losses, environments, and experiences have shaped you, and how they might be influencing your current ways of living and connecting to others. We will explore your feelings, thoughts, and patterns, identifying which ones are serving you and which ones are holding you back. We will work to bring more awareness to your inner-life with the aim of expanding your inner and outer resources and removing obstacles to your growth.
