I provide support for women who are in the midst of navigating the many transitions and challenges within the parenting journey, whether that be preparing to build a family, adjusting to new parenthood, or riding the waves that each new stage of family life brings. My passion for working with parents grew from my own experiences as a mother and my professional experiences working with parents in this raw stage.
Becoming a mother is one of the biggest changes we will ever experience in our lives. Oftentimes, our bodies, our finances, our partnerships/marriages, and the way we relate to the world is different. This immense change can often result in feelings of uncertainty and overwhelm. I offer specialized mindful and solution-focused services for women as they navigate this sometimes long and complex transition.
